Welcome to the NMC Builders website. NMC Builders, LLC is a group of independent builders who have partnered with the City of Ontario to improve the local infrastructure and invest in our City’s future. These improvements will pave the way for future community development in the New Model Colony area of Ontario. The first of these exciting infrastructure improvements will begin in April 2008 and continue for approximately 5 months. Community members will see improved roadways, utility improvements, and new traffic signals and signs. Commuters may experience delays when traveling on Riverside Drive around Mill Creek Avenue. Please allow extra time when traveling through this area and be very watchful of pedestrians, workers and large moving equipment at all times. Use of an alternate route during this period of construction is recommended. Should you see any unauthorized or illegal activity in or around the construction zone, please contact the Ontario Police Department immediately. Check the Construction Alerts on this website for more detailed information on the limits of work and up to date construction information.
